WHY WE BUILT TOTAL FAMILY
… between Alex’s parents, growing up.
Family complexity shaped the questions that led me here. Resources mattered, but they never guaranteed connection.
As my career progressed, I worked closely with multigenerational business owners, executives, and families with significant wealth. What surprised me was not how different their families were from mine, but how similar they felt.
Resources can support family life, but they cannot do the relational work for us. Families need structure for meaningful connection.
What was missing were tools, structure, and systems to make this work consistent, practical, and repeatable in everyday life.
